3 Practical Manifesting Tips
By now many of us have heard about the Law of Attraction and the art of manifesting. For right-brained creative people, approaching life in terms of consciously manifesting and then allowing the Universe to deliver may seem like a natural fit. But for the left-brained souls, the art of manifesting may not even be on their radar. For them, life is much more about taking direct action and achieving results. But when we are able to strike the balance between taking inspired action and allowing results, life delivers in magical ways without all the struggle. So, if you want to create a little more practical magic and achieve without as much of the effort, here are three simple ways to maximize your manifesting results….

Play More
In my coaching practice clients often talk about doing ‘the work’ in life to get where they need or want to go. But when their efforts don’t seem to be translating into tangible results quickly enough, or in a way that feels fulfilling, discouragement and doubt can creep in. If we are doing the work but not having fun, we will always fall short of our expectations. What I often remind my clients is that life is not supposed to be work. Instead of focusing on doing the work, which can then actually slow things down, try little by little to enjoy being more fully present in the process of creating your dreams. If life has become too serious lighten things up and play more. Have fun in the understanding that life is happening FOR you and it wants to support you in achieving your dreams. Trust that success is the only option and that the Universe will deliver, particularly if you can enjoy watching your creation come to life.
Give Thanks
One of the easiest ways in which to see desires fulfilled is to offer gratitude. To intentionally set aside a few minutes each day to acknowledge and appreciate what you have already received is the fastest way to bring your dreams into reality. And as an added bonus, it will also feel good in the moment. I invite you to spend as little as ten minutes a day writing a list of things you are appreciative for. Every morning or night write in a journal at least 10 things you’re grateful for. The more you are grateful for, the more life brings for you to be grateful for.
Be Conscious
Many of us have been conditioned to be hard working and driven, putting in long hours with little time for rest or reflection. We can become accustomed to the adrenalin of constant accomplishment. But this may not necessarily be helpful if we find ourselves just going through the motions. We may even be accomplishing our goals and yet still feel like something is missing. This happens when we are living life in auto-pilot instead of consciously co-creating with the Universe. When we are consciously aware of something bigger at play supporting our every move, it’s virtually impossible to not feel plugged into life. We can become more conscious by intending our days and then being aware of what’s unfolding around us. We can do this by waking up a few minutes earlier each day to meditate, or even just setting some time aside to re-connect with our dreams and inner guidance.

I say ‘yes’ to life

Sick of Falling Out of Love?
We all have a need for love. The problem is that we are often conditioned to believe that we are separate from love and that we need to seek it outside ourselves in order to be whole.
